I’m writing to express my gratitude to Todd and his team at “SellsMoreHomes” for assisting with the marketing and sale of my Queen Anne Home. It was a very emotional process for me as this was the first home I’ve owned in Seattle and I was reluctant to sell my home to just anyone. Todd helped me put the home in the best possible light and set the selling price at a realistic but not overly aggressive starting point to test the market. I was very pleased with the quality of the photos and video that were produced to market the home, the professional brochures, and marketing impact made through their web site. Although Todd’s company is very small compared to a Windermere or any other big-brand real estate agency, I felt I did not sacrifice any exposure I would have attained through those “full-priced” agencies. It is clear you are paying excessive overhead with those other agents and I really like that Todd offered “a la carte” pricing so I only had to pay for those services that I utilized. For example, we paid for the photo shoots but elected to conduct and host most of the open houses on our own, allowing us to save thousands of dollars in the process. In the end, we were able to sell my home at a reasonable price in the midst of a very tough market. I could not be happier with the service I received from Todd and SellsMoreHomes, and I’d encourage any home seller or buyer to utilize their services.

Todd helped my girlfriend sell her house on Queen Anne as we were buying another home in the neighborhood together. Although I was initially encouraging her to consider using Redfin, we later decided on SellsMoreHomes after seeing some online reviews and descriptions of Todd’s service. We are very glad we did! Todd was extremely attentive and engaged during the whole process, and we never felt like we were being treated with less care or attention than the so-called “full-service” agents. I’m really convinced you are over-paying when using the likes of Windermere or the big brands the dominate the real estate market. Save yourself some money and don’t hesitate to use Todd and the team at SellsMoreHomes. It was a very tough market and bad timing to sell her house, but we ended up getting reasonable interest thanks to the professional marketing (great pics and videos) provided by SellsMoreHomes, and finally sold the home at a price we were happy with. Give Todd a chance to do the same for you. He is a great guy, and is determined on getting you the best house or best buyer for your home and obviously not focused just on making a commission and moving on.
