At SellsMoreHomes.com, our Builder Services Division serves residential and commercial builders, developers and investors. We are continuously on the lookout for properties throughout the Puget Sound area, which include vacant land, teardown structures, as well as properties slated for re-zoning by their respective city or county.

Once we have identified a particular property, we begin the due diligence process. As a builder or developer, you can expect us to be educated about a property that we identify as an investment potential. We are in constant communication with the Seattle Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as well as similar departments in other cities and counties in the Puget Sound region. We keep apprised of environmental regulations, zoning laws and restrictions, review titles, encumbrances, etc.
